We said goodbye to my Garden Figure last night. It was a beautiful evening and a full moon too – a Snow Moon.
… Today I planted my favourite Ceanothus to mark her spot, along with few spring bulbs and a summer flowering plant, whose name escapes me. So, with the bluebells and geranium that proliferate here, there will be colour most of the year.
My hubby cannot understand why, when we are imminently leaving, I should be spending time on something that I won’t be taking with me! – However I feel it is important to complete the circle.
…and she may be reinvented at the new house.
