Taxi day today to let my sore muscles recharge.

Found a pharmacy and got anti inflammatory supplies.

Then popped into the Museo Etnografico Provincial de Leon. Beautiful museum.

Weaving – flax and wool and pottery made from local clays.

12 miles is my current sweet spot to walk – I have my feet up the wall to reduce swelling! Iโ€™ll be ready to go in the morning.

Itโ€™s been a lovely day – Iโ€™ve met new people and the sun is shining, I hear children at the local school and there is a gentle breeze through the open door onto the porch, drying my clothes.

We all have a reason to be on this journey and I hope I understand my reason during my journey. Yesterday, as I was feeling so tired and sore, a man gave me an Our Lady medal and prayer:

Heal us mother the wounds we bear on our journey. May your love be the thread that sustains our steps. We are the future in the present. With your dawn it will arrive โ€ฆ
